About Me

My name is Kristina Martin and I am a Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker (License #SW4920) specializing in the treatment of adolescents and adults. I graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelors in Social Work in 1993, and then from this same university with a Masters in Social Work in 1994. Upon completing my supervised clinical experience and written exams, I obtained my license (LCSW) in 1997. In the 20 years I have been working in this profession, I have had the opportunity to work with various populations. Diversity in my work and the people I work with is something that I am grateful for, and I believe has provided me with a great capacity to help, teach, and guide my clients to achieve a more joyous and fulfilling life.

Primary treatment modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational enhancement therapy (MET), and Emotional Freedom Tecniques (EFT). I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. I look forward to working with you!
